Unshelved comic strip for 5/16/2003

Things are in very high gear as I get ready to go on a two-week working vacation. I signed over 500 books last night, and now they're waiting for Gene's signature and, more imporantly, his manual labor to ship them across the globe. This morning I struggled mightily with PayPal, Excel, Word, and our HP printer to get mailing labels printed. I succeeded in the end, but I have lost major respect for all of those products except Excel. Still the best piece of software on this green earth. Right now I am printing stamps with Stamps.com which is relatively convenient.

Anyway, my part of the preorder is now done and so I'm going to go finish inking the new two weeks' worth of strips and then help my wife pack and otherwise prepare for our little jaunt to Philadelphia and Orlando. Have a great rest of May, see you all in June!
